About Mountain Boys

Mission Statement: Mountain Boys Theology supports young pastors, promotes biblical authority, and encourages local churches. They aim to uplift aspiring pastors and foster pastoral excellence through community-building content.

Pastor Caleb was saved in July 2014. In March 2016, Caleb preached his first message and started to fulfill his calling to preach. After graduating high school, Caleb worked as a CNA and went on to pursue a career in nursing. After graduating in 2010 with his LPN certificate, Caleb then worked full-time and evangelized. In 2012, Caleb accepted his first pastorate as a bi-vocational pastor. After pastoring for 3 years, Caleb returned to school to finish his bachelor’s degree and begin working toward medical school. After obtaining his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies through Liberty University, Caleb felt the call into full-time ministry. In 2018, Caleb started in full-time ministry. From 2019-2024, Caleb worked toward his Masters of Divinity through Liberty University and graduated in May 2024. Caleb loves to read, learn knew things, fish, camp, and spending time with family. Caleb continues to pastor Homer’s Chapel FWB Church in western NC, is married to his wife, Jessica, has one daughter, and is expecting a son in November.

Pastor Daryl Grimes began serving as the pastor of Meadowbrook FWB Church in December of 2022. He is a native of Kinston, NC and has a BA from Southeastern FWB College and is currently working on his Masters of Divinity. Since 1996 he has served churches in North Carolina, Michigan and Ohio. He comes to Meadowbrook most recently from Erie, PA where he served as the founding pastor of Flagship FWB Church since 2012. He has been married to his High School sweetheart since 1992. He and Michelle have three children: Charity (deceased), Luke and Isaiah. In his spare time he enjoys watching Tarheel basketball and football, as well as the great outdoors.
